BEST TIPS FOR PERFECT SKIN & MY OWN SKIN CARE

Everyone struggles to constantly have clear skin, especially in the world of daily updating social media. Because all of us could need some help in this topic, I’ve made a list of the 18 best tips for perfect skin and made some footage of my own everyday skin care below. Hope it’ll be useful for you ;) Let’s go!
  • At first, you have to figure out what kind of skin you have so that you can treat it in the best way possible. You'd better ask dermatologist or cosmetologist.
  • It’s very important to know in what order you have to apply your skin care products. Here’s what I’ve found on the internet: 


And only then you can proceed your makeup routine starting with makeup primer.
  • Clean your face properly: 
  1. Use a makeup remover.
  2. Pick the right cleanser for your skin type. Don’t use water or soap to clean your face, it’ll dry it out.
  3. Wash your face twice a day. Avoid over-cleansing.
  4. Never go to bed with make up on.
  5. Use scrub every three days to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
  6. Use mask once a week.

  • Lifestyle changes to help you achieve perfect skin:
  1. Get enough sleep.
  2. Exercise more.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Drink water+lemon at least 3 times a week.
  5. Eat less sugar;
  6. Try to cut back on fast food to anything fried.
  7. Limit the dairy products you consume, like milk and cheese.
  8. Try to cut back on your coffee intake.
  9. Lowering your alcohol intake will also help to clear skin.
  10. Take Omega 3-s, Vitamin A, C, E, B-complex.
  • Don’t use the same towel on your face and hair, change your towels and pillowcases every week.
  •  Slather honey on your face while having a bath
  • When you work out, be sure to wash your face before and after you exercise.
  • Smoking not only dulls your skin, it will also bring you wrinkles.
  • Avoid skin care products with a fragrance.
  • Style your hair before doing your makeup. If you have makeup on before you start using a blow dryer, the heat begins to melt your makeup, sealing it into your pores.
  • Stop touching your face throughout the day!
  • Try to drink at least one cup of green tea a day. It’s packed with antioxidants, fights off bacteria and free radicals that can harm your skin.
  • As the seasons change, so should your skin care. The heavy cream you use in the winter should become a lightweight moisturizer in the summer.
  • Change your makeup products every six months.
  • Clean your makeup brushes and beauty blenders every two weeks.
  • Be sure to use anti-bacterial wipes to clean your phone before you start calling.
  • Never apply your makeup directly after a hot shower because when your pores are open, they’ll instantly absorb more of the makeup. You’d better wait 10-15 minutes.
  • Try going without makeup for one day a week to let your skin breathe.

  4. BIOTHERM AQUASOURCE TOTAL EYE REVITALIZER
  5. BIOTHERM AQUASOURCE cream-gel

  • Clear-up strips that I use once a week:

  • Lip scrub, that I use everyday, face scrub, that I use every three days and face mask, that I use once a week:

  1. LUSH SANTA'S LIP SCRUB 
  2. LUSH DARK ANGELS FACE&BODY SCRUB 
  3. LUSH CUPCAKE FACE MASK
